1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing aeosim.com or using any AEOsim product (including the BEACON simulation engine and Analytika), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Our services

AEOsim provides simulation and analytics for AI search. We run probes against third-party AI engines to estimate how they cite brands, and we provide conversation-level analytics through Analytika. Simulated results are estimates, not guarantees of future AI engine behavior.

3. Your responsibilities

• You provide accurate information when using the service.
• You are responsible for the prompts and brand data you submit and for ensuring you have the right to use them.
• You will not use the service to infringe third-party rights.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Analytika plans are billed monthly via our payment processor (Razorpay). Plan pricing and features are listed on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime through Razorpay or by contacting us.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact arnav@aeosim.com for billing questions.

6. Intellectual property

AEOsim and its content, including the BEACON methodology, are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service per these terms. Your submitted brand data remains yours.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". AI engine behavior changes frequently, and simulation results may not match real-world citations exactly. We make no warranties regarding accuracy or outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AEOsim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
