Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AEOsim ("we", "us") operates aeosim.com and the AEOsim products, including the BEACON simulation engine and Analytika. We are based at IIT Delhi. You can reach us at arnav@aeosim.com.

2. What we collect

  • Contact details you give us directly, for example your email address when you book a demo, submit the free visibility check, or start an Analytika subscription.
  • Brand and prompt data you provide when running simulations or conversation analytics, for example your domain, brand name, category, and the prompts you want to test.
  • Technical data collected automatically, such as basic device and usage information. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics and do not sell personal data.
  • Payment data handled by our payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

3. How we use your data

  • To run simulations and produce analytics reports for you.
  • To respond to demo requests and support queries.
  • To operate, secure, and improve our products.
  • To send service-related communications where relevant.

4. Simulation and probe data

AEOsim runs probes against third-party AI engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude) to simulate how they cite brands. The prompts and brand inputs you submit are used to generate these simulations and the resulting analytics.

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing arnav@aeosim.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (such as our payment processor and hosting provider), and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
